This reminds me of how in the fanfiction community many of the people that are pri-ai say their reason is because they have an idea for a story but don't have the "talent" or knowledge on how to get it down on paper. Making art isn't a mystical talent that you are boarn with. You have to work on it, practice. All the people who make art, stories, movies, videos, etc... that you love started at roughly the same place you are and it takes practice. The only advantage people can have at birth is being born into a rich family that gives opportunities and/or free time to practice these skills.
