Can someone (Christian) explain to me... I choose to believe in the existence of God, but I choose not to simply rely on or comply with what other religions are trying to teach. Would I go to Hell for it? I don't think that God is actually all about love and compassion, and I actually think you should be equally scared of God as you are of the Antichrist/Satan. My child is sick and needs hospitalization, but I choose not to take action. Instead, what I'm doing is only choosing to pray for him. Praying for my child to be healthy the next day, suddenly one day later, he passed away... the actual fact is that his life could have been saved by hospitalization. What I am trying to say here is, there is actual suffering in this world. As Christianity likes to teach, God gave us free will to limit his own power. Isn't that a wake-up call for everyone who's believing... that it's not in God's hands to change the world, only we humans have the actual power to end all suffering in this world... but because there are too many people here simply relying on heavenly salvation, no change will ever be made... Most people who live by religion hope to do as little bad as possible, in hopes that they will be "accepted" in "heaven," but I don't believe in heaven... We are in heaven... the world, the earth as we're living in right now, is heaven. But our heaven has been corrupted by all the corruption and suffering, by the bad that is here... it's our power to bring change into this earth=heaven. Would I go to hell for "my kind of faith" Or would I go to hell for my "hostility" toward God? If I say I don't like God.
