This is super vague and he clearly doesnt give any info on these for a reason. AI is just an algorithm of code that another human made. We've seen a bunch of AI be politically motivated or pushing an agenda of any type based on who makes the AI. YouTube's AI flags some ppl over others and likes to let females off easier than men, Google's AI likes to push specific agendas by showing a changed definition of words and not the common definition which is how you get new definitions of women and racism being added and shown first, even some stopping lights have AI to detect traffic flow. Chat GPT has been shown to have a political opinion and refusing to say things to not be offensive to anyone which also means it will refuse to give some defintions of words or even give you historical info if it deemed the info offensive.
Depending on the AI it could easily have a bias but in cases like these i would assume it was AI using predictive learning so it took patterns and applied them to situations to predict outcomes which AI is pretty good at. Its why you can get ads of things you were literally thinking about, its why Facebook knows what youre doing at any time of the day and can even know youre pregnant before you know.
