I think that it should be written into legislation that all images collected by journalistic photographers or anything originally collected for mass media should use that filter to prevent ai generation for deceptive image persuasion. It won't stop manual false images being created by humans but it takes far longer to do. Additionally, social media and camera apps on people's phones should automatically apply this filter to protect non celebrities from being attacked in this manner as well.
