Without that artist's drawing, there wouldn't be an image for AI to copy. So no, they didn't "create" the image in 5 secs. They just copied an already existing image and idea in 5 secs. "Inspiration" is not directly copying. This AI can't even draw advanced poses and it's straight lifeless poses look uncanny.
