I really hate the overly vague way you present this topic. For example, with the second point, you represent the artist's argument very poorly. It's not just that the AI "learns" from these images, but rather that it takes copyrighted drawings without permission and mashes them together. You can straight up find other artists' watermarks in AI art sometimes.
