"it's able to create a perfect replica," no, in general that's incorrect and impossible. That's the only factually wrong point I found in the video.
I can empathize, however I don't think there is a future for commerical artists who refuse to learn about and use AI tools. Regardless of whether the models are trained on contemporary art or not, using AI tools will be a huge competitive advantage for any commercial artist, to the point that unassisted human commercial art will be niche at best.
