no it can't. Yes AI can do people's jobs but the main question is that the best way to serve your customer? Nothing is free. You pay either way. You take the Free version then you have to get the free version to work with what your doing. You go the paid route then you pay someone else to get the version to work with what your doing. Which one is easier for you? Everyone serves someone. Customer service does count. There's a reason why google, facebook, apple, microsoft customer service sucks ass.
We can automate a lot of stuff. The problem is that robots are very complex and they need to be maintained otherwise they will not work. The robot has to provide better value than the human and it has to be cheaper than the human. Otherwise the human will win.
