I agree with this
AI is just a tool, like a hammer, just more complex, it is not alive even if it might fool you and make you think otherwise sometimes, its just outputting words based on data, but it doesnt know what words actually mean, and it has no will of its own, and it can never gain these things, at least not with how current AI is developed, we would need to start from scratch with a completely different system that we dont have to try to awake consciousness
