So. This woman lives/lived in Middle Tennessee. The fraud happened in North Dakota. AI facial recognition software identified her as a possible match. My question is where did said scan happen? This was my very first question which wasn’t answered in any article I read or any of the comments. Anyone know? Seems to be a crucial part of the story.
