Breaking Points needs to get its narrative together. Either AI is slop that doesn't work, or it is taking all of our jobs. It can't be both at the same time. If these lay-offs are because of AI (and not just corporate saying to sweeten their layoffs, when it's not really because of AI), then that's just the same creative destruction we've been seeing since the industrial revolution. Breaking Points would have been against agricultural machinery in the 1800s because most people back then were farmers, and we need to protect jobs from technology.
