Stable diffusion AI CAN'T steal art. Is IMPOSSIBLE by definition because: 1. No SD model can access the internet to search your art by prompt. 2. No model has an "internal database" where to copy your art to future reference. 3. The final reason is about how SD models work SD models don't "scrap" things to copy (you would need an infinite amount of memory to copy everything in the world). Instead, a SD model trains in the exact way a newbie human artist does: learning about what object is this and that, observing the work of others, recognizing patterns, styles and standards. The model isn't capable of remembering each exact picture, but can recognize objects, people, styles, artists, techniques, patterns, palettes, that already saw. This *is the goal of training*. When you ask a SD model to create something, it starts with a new noisy canvas (the seed) and it makes controlled changes again and again and again, judging at each step how much the result is near to what you asked. When it is enough, it stops and your result is ready. How does the SD model know how to judge the results? Because in the training it already saw every type and motive of art, so it is a very competent recognizer! But because *every generation starts with random noise*, it is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to get an exact or even decent copy of anything. The possibility to get a copy by luck is like being hit by a lightning bolt ten times a year. What you are trying to do is video is "teach AI at wrong way" in their training phase. Will not protect your work against copy (because you work is already protected, stable diffusion don't copy anything), but you're trying to contribute to sabotage this training, as shoemakers used to do with machines in the past. Why it will not work? Because to each "poisoned" picture out there, there is thousands of others that don't, and the AI will naturally compensate the errors. And can even use this knowledge to use your style (if asked to), no problem. We're talking about PETABYTES of data, your poisoned picture is less than a drop in the storm. So, why do designers like you are spreading this legend about how you're being copied by AI, when everything AI does is exactly how a human artist learns? Because you're afraid to lose value. And if you have some real value, this is stupid. If you try to fight against technology, you'll fail painfully in the long run. As the "cave dice painters" lost against painters using better tools. And this is what AI is: a tool. You will not be replaced by better tools alone, but to people that know how to use those tools. So stop being morons and learn how to use it! A newbie using AI can't be better than a true artist using AI.
