In my opinion the only way A.I generated content could be used as a tool is if the A.I was trained on the art that the prompter has made (therefor the A.I was trained on only the prompter art and not a copyrighted work that another artist has made) and even then the prompter would probably have to use it as a refrenece/redraw it.
Tldr: In my opinion The A.I should be trained on the prompters artwork for it to be even considered ethical,moral and legally owned by the prompter
