AI is great and i love it. If ypu know how to use it and have self criteria. I put pieces of conversations to analyze red flags and behaviors and i don’t put names or say who i am or if i am inthe conversation even, i change names with Word to person A amd person B throughout the text and then copy in gpt without context. And it made me understand the patterns that actually i felt before but never named or worked on them. Is great because therapy for me is just to vent. They usually never say anything deep. I got more insights on my problems with gpt than therapy. Also when i KNOW i am feeling bad by how a date is treating me for example ghosting i talk to it to reinforce my brain of the things i already know and feel. It actually doesn’t tell me things i don’t know deep inside but it talks to ne like a loving parent which is great because is what I don’t have
