Where are the international guardrails to civilise AI so its harm is reduced. Govt failed to do for digital communication platforms and smoking till harm . If a tech company invented invisibility and any leader could be assassinated at whim of someone, would we not have regulation. What Trump does is bad enough, what he does not do/regulate is worst eg AI, arms sales and eco protection.
