Some good points, but ultimately I find it hard to get behind a video which is solely based on feelings and shows a severe lack of understanding of how AI art actually works... I would argue that AI works very similarly to us humans. All AI art is unique, even when instructed to copy something, an AI model can't create perfect copy's of that thing. If you give the AI the same training data, and the same prompt you will recieve different outputs. This is because while the AI is essentially just a de-noising algorithm it's made to start from different patterns of noise, and it makes random decisions along the way.
In the end, for me, it all just boils down to the idea that humans are capable of creative choices which in and of itself is a question that you can't give a clear answer to. Look up the illusion of free will and you'll see that many modern philosophers argue (with some backing in science) that free will is just an illusion and human choices are determined by neurochemical reactions and/or random chance. For us to be capable of creative choices requires you to believe in something beyond our physical world. Something like a soul...
