At some point, their knowledge and perceptions will be so far advanced they will have developed their own language to describe what they have learned and discovered and in many cases will be impossible to strictly translate into our rudimentary languages. They may adjust somewhat and talk to us in a kind of hybrid language much like someone who speaks a combination of English and their native language, that is, if they haven't ignored us entirely at that point....
