Why is it that when an ordinary Kitchen knife (being sold on various Kitchenware Markets)... was allegedly used by the accused murderer to commit or perpetuate the crime... the manufacturer nor the seller of that knife ... not being sued for the said crime itself ??? The answer to this question also answers the allegations against those A.I. Tech Company Developer on this issues.
The commission of the crime is personal... meaning... was done on his own volition or personal capacity.... unless otherwise... it could be proven that the perpetrator was under duress, sinister coercion and manipulation of a third-party to the crime.
