I feel with this guy. When you leave college, you forget the fundamentals fast if you dont use it daily. I graduated college 5 years ago and just forgot OS, networking, how processors work and other stuff you learn along the way because you work in a specific framework on the job and nothing else. I can understand this guy not knowing python for machine learning because it is just a tool for machine learning. We all want immediate results and that is the result you get:shallow and bad work like not knowing how to write a for loop or a list.
