There's a certain irony that Space Odyssey's classic 'I'm sorry, Dave, I can't do that,' is still currently beyond that capability of the 'AI' we have. It says a lot about the people who came up with the underlying assumptions, that it was assumed 'I don't know' or 'I don't have enough/the right information' was an outcome so unacceptable that outright misinformation is preferred (and in turn, says a lot about the societies/cultures those people are from).
