Your argument is that you cant take Art thats copyrighted to create new Art. But I can literally take your Art as inspiration, the only difference is that im not a Computer that takes the data. You cant accept the fact that AI make recreation of Art easier for everybody, that means there is more Competition and Art changes faster that it did before. Everything you said should mean that you never use an AI based on Database with copyrighted Data. But the copyrighted data is not stolen, AI is like a brain. And the better the AI (More Data) the more people can make unique Art. For me the whole purpose is to be creative. And people abusing AI to make replicas are obviously stupid, also there will never be copyright on AI Art.
