I love how more dystopian our world is becoming. If this AI is trained based on data prior to the adoption of the most up to date labor code it should be illegal and banned straight away. If it is sold to customers outside the US and trained on US data it should be illegal... ok Workday is such a waste of time for candidates that it sould be illegal just by that virtue.
