Someone once prompted ChatGPT saying they were told by a cult leader that they were a prophet, and ChatGPT gassed them up about it. They responded that they had decided to get off their meds and embrace their divinity, and it continued to support them and call them brave for living that way. Imagine a schizophrenic person having all their paranoia encouraged or someone having a manic episode being told they really are invincible.
