Chatbots today aren't designed to be "creatively original". They are just recreating what has been done already that's evident in their training data, no originality. However, it's already setup as "emergent" or discovering what's not in the code that is evident in the human language, so rather than just doing what has been done and redoing it in many different ways available, it's a one algorithm away to finding out what can be done in many new ways.
