Actually its not behaving like its not human but repeating what humans have said, written or did and following a logical path based on that information. The information -- data set-- is incorrect for use in all applications.
There are many flaws along side many conveniences with chatgpt. Praising the good stuff while ignoring the flaws is very dangerous on this scale.
Will chatgpt turn on humans? No it won't. However will humans use it to turn on other humans? yes.
