That says something about the juridical profession, but it also suggests that AI better be not universal, but restricted to special applications where it excels. This is a better form of regulation which can send a positive signal. In a capitalist society controlled by a few Big Tech firms, impact analysis and rating of AI will be as ineffective as environmental quality labels in the food industry.
