If the Oligarchs succeed in replacing the entire working class with robots and kill off the humans who used to be the working class, then there will no longer be a need for so much infrastructure or transportation or healthcare, etc.
It is clear that such an inhumane, distopian future is their ultimate goal at this time.

The Irony is that even if the Oligarchs "win", they will ultimately lose (as will the entire world), but they just don't see that now.
