I lost my job already due to restructuring last month. I was working in Oracle for 5 years, with performance rateed as 4-5 stars throughout. My job was in automation and Python. I automated processes which boosted productivity of the org, furter RIFed. This had caused a continous anxiety and fear of what we can expect in just a couple of years from now.
