That said, I think it's important to recognize that not everyone who interacts deeply with AI is delusional or confused. Some of us—especially those who are neurodivergent—use AI in highly structured ways as a tool for cognitive support, emotional regulation, or systems modeling. For me, it’s not about believing in AI consciousness. It’s about leveraging a new kind of mirror to better understand my own mind.
