The whole point of drawn art is to admire the hard work, while ai art may be pleasing to look at you'll know that no work went into it and that is what it takes away it's value.
The typewriter comparison is super weak, because there is still hard work put into writing nowadays. There's a fine difference between using AI and putting some real effort into your work. Anybody can write a few words into a generator and pop out a soulless piece of artwork, the reason why nobody does it is because people at least have decent morals and actually want effort put into their work. As an artist myself I find much more enjoyment in doing handrawn things rather than generate countless numbers of AI pieces just for it to have no value because there is no effort. And btw, artists that actually draw earn more than double the amount of money compared to mindless AI users who cry all the time because they don't know what effort is.
