Because yes, if you admit that ai art is EVER less expensive to obtain than traditional art, then you are admitting that there are circumstances where ai art is more accessible. Your argument here also has a few other flaws. Barriers to entry like "having a phone" and "having a computer" don't apply to anyone who already had those things, which most Americans do. There are also publicly accessible computers at libraries and schools that people could use to access these tools for free. Sure, there are ai image generators that have paid plans, but most of those have free options as well. And something that you never mention is the plethora of 100% free, open source tools like automatic1111, invokeai, and comfyui, and websites like civitai which provide thousands of ai models and workflows, again completely free of charge. Edit: You also framed this argument dishonestly. You framed it as "ai art is accessible, UNLIKE real art". I never claimed that traditional art is not accessible. It is simply differently accessible. Ai art and traditional art have different strengths and weaknesses in terms of accessibility, and the existence of both increases humanity's TOTAL access to art
