How exactly collecting artworks from the Internet and use them to make something new out of them is a theft? Style? What exactly is a style? You can name various groups of artists who draw or paint in very similar style indistiguishable from one another. Sure, if one looks at an artwork from a famous artist he could probably recognize him on the spot most of the time. But how exactly a style can be claimed as one's own? A character may be, but a style? It's too broad. The irony is that perhaps a style can be determined with an acceptable degree of certainty only with an AI machine learning and then be stamped as unique to this and that artist and he can then claim it as his own style. Like a fingerprint - a unique combination of colors, shapes, composition and so on that makes someone's art unique.
