Paying people to do nothing has been done for 100 years. American Indians living on reservations in the USA are a very poor example of how humans behave without the need to be needed. There is no worse example of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, spousal and child abuse in our society. This exists in a modern caring society. I believe AI will lead US into a future we'll regret deeply
