it depends how deep it goes, if he just throws some prompts at the AI an picks the cooles picture its not valid at all, if he makes a picture and changes different parts over and over until it is how he wants it to be one could consider AI to be a tool to create "art" its kinda difficult to draw the line since your imagination and you ability to bring a piece to life is the core of an art piece how you make it is not relevant, but yeah if he just throws prompts at it and picks hes actually a joke
