"IT ONLY TAKES ONE COMPANY TO BE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE"-Uh, well, about that...the most advanced AI being developed right now by a company called cerebras uses giant wafers stacked up. Look into it yourself if you are curious. They only make the hardware. They put their boxes out in data centers and sell time to companies to use with their own software, training the AI themselves. SO its ALL companies. Not just one.
