In some parts of Sweden, they spent years and A LOT of tax payers money to build a program that would replace human admintration in the health care sector with AI. Not only was the program introduced much later than planned, but people lost their jobs. AND THEN IT TURNED OUT THE PROGRAM WAS SHIT AND POSSIBLY A HAZARD TO PATIENTS LIVES SO IT HAD TO BE REMOVED. So, after years and so much money spent, it amounted to just being a completely failed ego project for the managers and directors. Thankfully, some directors did lose their job because of this debacle but the failure and waste of time remains in our memory.
