if i make an animated deepfake of naked donald trump or anyone else for criticism or parody or other reason - as a US citizen it is my 1st amendment right to do so - absent clear copyrighted works you do not OWN every AI image or creation that looks similar to you - if you do not own the copyright (and you wont since it would be an AI creation) then it is in the public domain and is free game
deepfake porn will unfortunately not see much legal movement in the US - you would have better luck taking away every US citizens guns
