Most of the jobs are bs jobs nowadays, doesn't change the fact that the corps provide most of them, and they will continue to cut thanks to AI.
UBI is not bad per say, but people will abuse it and do drugs and shit, Maybe UBB(universal basic basics) - Food/Rent/Recreation credits, and provided free healthcare and transportation. This is what everyone needs, and money can be the upper tier of credits that you actually get luxuries,vacations etc..
