Every tech executive sees dollar signs when they think of AI. They will force it down our throats, especially with the new power they wield after swearing fealty to the Trump administration. Palantir will own all of our data, and will feed it into AI to augment government surveilence. Meta/Google/OpenAI/Musk will shoehorn AI into every aspect of all their products, whether we want it or not. Apple is the only one that has so far been successful resisting the urge, but it is inevitable that they will capitulate to their shareholders. Late stage capitalists chasing after the promise of unlimited wealth.
