I'm not a disabled artist, but I've worked with a few as part of my art therapy program and internships. I have seen the most amazing paintings made in a wheelchair painting workshop. I have seen people make beautiful work while holding a paint brush with their feet or their mouth. People at all levels of physical and mental ability and mobility can create, and these 'AI bros' are just embarrassed that they are being artistically eviscerated by lovely folks who they view as 'lesser than.' Needing AI is utterly embarrassing. It shows a lack of creativity and motivation.
