Tethered spine would have shown up on MRI. And seeing 17 Drs ((specialist or etc) would automatically prompt one of them to do more diagnostic test such as a CT or MRI. While AI might help with rare cases, this one should most definitely been caught even by the Radiologist, not to mention ton Neurologist or Neurosurgeons. Even orthopedic would have seen it. Just saying
