Talking to ai because you have social anxiety and avoid discomfort is a band-aid fix.
This is coming from someone with practically no friends and immense social anxiety.
People, myself included, are too dependent on COMFORT, and things being EASY.
Socializing and making friends isn't easy, there's a lot of rejection, there's a lot of people's boundaries.
AI doesn't have that. So yeah, it IS a form of being lazy. It simply is.
