Where is a better place than the Youtube comment section to discuss these things? This section is not suited for long comments and discourse. It is useful to leave feedback, positive and negative. I use AI to generate music. My motivation is not to generate covers of bands. The whole Velvet Sundown fiasco is horrible. My motivation is to explore boundaries. What I do is akin to Sculpting with pre-made objects. I look at what is there and tweak. I eventually get a final product. Yes, I do use generative images to be able to put up stuff on YouTube to make MP4 images. I could use stock images... maybe. At this point, the conversation breaks down into angry comments and so on. The entire comment section breaks down as a useful tool to discuss. I did assemble a collection of AI generated songs to address some of this. In the degeneration that happens, eventually I start replying with song lyrics like...
