All true, what's equally true is in a lot of cases it can be more effective in crisis situations than the free crisis lines ( i would always recommend trying one of those when you need to talk, they are there to de-escalate where as AI has no actual training or understanding of consequences). If an AI chat is all that is gonna get you through the day or night? have at it and i hope you find support. But just...do so with a grain of salt, people.
