The truth is Perlmutter is a crook working with WB and other big corporations to prevent competition from the billions of people at home that now have access to professional quality creative tools.
I'll tell you exactly what's going on. The current BOSS running the copyright office is an insider traitor working directly with WB Time Warner to prevent the public from creating things at home which can rival their creations. Permutter needs to step down or be fired. She use to work for WB. There's no way she's not still in cahoots. The copyright office has had about 100 years to get reeeeeal cozy with big companies like time Warner and Disney and keep the little guy down.
