once driverless cars are common, and their behavior and programming is a known quantity, aggressive human drivers will learn to _take _advantage. For example, a guy will see a Waymo coming and jump out in front of it and cut it off, knowing that it will automatically brake much harder and quicker than a human driver might. It also won't follow him for 10 miles, and jump out at the toll both with a little league bat.
