People will literally invent alternate realities before accepting that all skills are learned and you need to take time to learn them. Even if somebody is naturally suited to something or has skills from other aspects of life that cross over to other things. They all spend time learning and practicing just because you don’t see them or they don’t talk about it doesn’t mean that what they have worked for is somehow unattainable for you. (Things that are gate kept by money of course require that on top of everything else.) i fail to see the appeal of ai art. It seems analogous to commissioning an artist to draw something you described but not paying them. It has a fundamental degree of separation that reduces its artistic effectiveness.
