What they are asking for is quite literally impossible. You can't possibly conceive of every way an "AI" could do something "bad". And ChatGPT and such isn't even AI, Intelligence requires understanding... ChatGPT is a complex math formula that uses an input to result in an output. No thought. No input = it does nothing. And when you get an AI that *can* think, there's nothing you can do to prevent it from thinking and acting of its own accord. Pretending that the 'creators' have any control is laughable. One who creates thinking AI has no more control than a parent over their biological child.
As for the 'unknown unknowns"... How the F' could you possibly prevent something that you don't know exists from happening? -_-
