I feel like you're confusing "protection of an institution" with "entitlement to compensation."
Like it or not.. you *are* crucifying grandma by making a generalization like "AI art is Theft." You can't make a ninety-minute video condemning AI in which you keep saying you're not condemning AI.
You also don't explain what training is or how it takes some kind of "je ne sais quois" out of a picture and uses it in violation of copyright law; or why a person drawing a picture after a lifetime of looking at other artists' work for free isn't also stealing. I hope you don't shoo art students out of museums for copying the masters.
I think you had more than enough time to pick one or two uses of AI that you find infringing or damaging to the art world. But you made the whole video about the entire world of AI.
