Not going to lie, as a network admin I deal with ATT a lot and every time I have to deal with any customer service/sales/support agent I get absolutely no help and nothing gets resolved. I hate to see people losing their jobs but when the chat bot provides better support and help than rude/condescending/apathetic humans it’s really no surprise it’s happening. Maybe other users have had better experiences with ATT support but this is not surprising to me at all.
